Machine Overdrive Panels

Fascinated by the iconic qualities of the automobile, these vibrant paintings and prints are a tribute to the car as an object of uncritical devotion. They capture a broad selection of the arsenal of personal motorized mobility. During my ventures as a pedestrian on city streets, a new sensibility for the hard edge of steel and technology arose. This is reflected in the angles, perspectives and background patterns, in contrast to the delicate organic matter surrounding them.

The prints are mounted on MDF panels. The panels come in sizes, 39 x 52 in (100 x 132 cm), 39 x 42 in (100 x 107 cm) and 39 x 31 in (100 x 78 cm)
